7.0 sounds about right -not much wear but it looks like the colors have soured a little due to age.

it looks like a tiny area of "tape-pull" lower right front cover...

 

7.0 is the top end range of a grade..

 

still a nice comic to have...

7.0, maybe 7.5. Looks like a little spine wear and that blemish at the bottom right. Not sure what "OO copy" means.
