I would like to add here that I have ten( 10) copies of this Issue

 

all have that nasty light-blue sprayed ink on the back cover.

 

A lot of the comics that were supposed to not pass final inspection of this Issue somehow made it through...

You could be right . . . I just can't get past the extent of distributor spray, myself. Aside from the small blemish in the logo area, the dirt along the spine on the BC, and some softness at the corners - it looks like a solid copy. That's assuming, of course, that the staples are just dirty on the BC and not at all tarnished on the inside.
