that was the clever headline Hollywood Reporter used to announce the upcoming live-action DiCaprio film adaptation of AKIRA! I thought it was Variety that wrote the snappy headlines?

 

 

Oh my god.

 

What a spectacularly bad idea.

 

DiCaprio would make neither a good Keneda nor a good Tetsuo.

 

Unless of course he's just bankrolling it. In which case it will be a colossal waste of his money.
