And if so what does it mean??

Tried adding 2 books to my set and this popped up:

 

 

 

Certification database currently unreachable.

This comic is already in the admin queue.

 

Do i need to wait for them to review or do i just try later?

I got the same response Thursday on two books. I had two others that came up as 'not valid #s'. The 'not valid #s' got added to my set by the admin on Friday but the 'database unreachable' ones did not. thought I'd try again on monday and then email for help.
