ASH comic books limited series

Hey Everyone I have a qiuck question and in hopes some one could help

 

I just got back from a comic shop and found these sitting on the wall (bags & boards housed both) but not sure about the series or the books. They are signed by Joe Quesada & Jimmy Palmiotti but that's not why I bought them.

I tried to research them to no pervail..

Ash was a really cool series by Event Comics over 10 years ago about superhero firefighter. The Art was great. Interesting the Joe Q signed the first book twice, he must have not realized. I dont think they command much more then a few bucks
