apollobuzz Posted May 29, 2009 Share Posted May 29, 2009 Well, that's what I used to think also before I purchased this one (and I had personally graded the FF #37 at 8.0 prior to this)! I called for grader's notes and sure enough, this X-Men #142 has a tear. I think it depends on the nature of the tear and how much it visibly detracts from the book. I just have never understood what Magneto is hoping to do to Iceman? He can't hurt him. Why is Iceman scared of being blasted with megnetism? He's ice. Throw a ice spear at him!!!
