Frustrating Sounds like it's time to hire more people. We all know CGC is the Cadillac of comic book grading services, but they should be concerned about their long turnaround times. They can only rest on their laurels so long. After awhile, I can see them possibly losing market share to other grading services (even though we know they're inferior to CGC) unless their processing time improves. Just because you're the best right now doesn't mean you'll always be the best. There is too much history of great companies eventually going under because they got complacent.
