Can anyone tell me whether issue #3 was the only issue in this series with a sketch cover variant or did each issue in the series have a sketch cover variant? Also, did the sketch covers have some kind of print run like alternate covers usually do - 1:4 or something like that?

 

Now I need to decide who I want to do some art for me and what I want them to draw Emerald City ComiCon is coming up in a few months and this will go nicely with the Ultimate Spider-Man 100 sketch cover I got last year.

 

#3 was the only one with a blank sketch cover. As far as I know, it wasn't a ratio-order release. Dealers at the time could make a seperate orders for those if I'm not mistaken. In fact, I think those #3 blank covers came out a while after #3 was released.

They came out at the same time of the other 2 covers, so this one had 3 covers. And, as oneasian states, this was not an incentive cover, it was orderable.
