This Week's Halloween painting

I took the time to do a fully painted one this week. It's been a long time since I put one up of this quality.

 

 

It's raining Jack-O-Lanterns!

I want to know how you can paint on an index card, that is amazing in itself with the detail

The center part isn't too bad since I like to work small, but the borders kill me. The black strip is only 1/4", and being that close to the edge makes it really tough.
