I had a batch of 5 slabs get damaged on their way to him. Fortunately I had purchased the insurance on my own and was able to collect from the post office. I should thank CGC for easing the reslabbing process - I had him ship the books directly to CGC to be reslabbed, and I paid CGC directly.

 

The whole process took a bit too long for him and he got antsy at the end, but it all worked out.

 

My adivce is to pack well and buy the insurance on your own.
