Its a popular book, no doubt. I listed my 9.2 in my Ebay store and it sold in a matter of hours. Granted no where near that price

I started buying multiple copies of Hulk #162 a few years ago because I anticipated that it was undervalued. I just sold a VG copy in here earlier this week but I still have 5 or 6 copies left. No 9.8's in there....I think they're mostly FN/VF to VF+.
