How I can get a room for ComiCon?

Been calling all the hotels in the Convention Center / Gaslamp area. All sold out.

 

Anyone here know how I can snag a room?

Call the night before and hope for cancellations

Bring a big beach umbrella and sleep on Coronado Beach, a $2 bus ride across the bridge from Comic-con. Bathe in the Pacific Ocean like greggy.

call around to other close neighboring cities like Pacific Beach or where I live in La Jolla for hotels.

 

Just rent a car for the weekend becuase it only takes me 10 minutes to get to the con.

 

or if you want I could pick u or up on the way to con because I have a spot downtown where I have free parking.

Try the Motel 6 in Chula Vista, about a 6-mile ride to the convention center on the Trolley. Last time I checked there were still rooms available, cheap.
