Does anyone know who owns this copy of Action #33?

Please PM me if you own, or know who owns, this copy of Action #33. It's exactly the kind of copy that I want in my collection, really pretty except for a defect or two. In this case, a detached centerfold and a stain on the top right corner. It sold on Heritage in January of 2006. Please help me find this book!
