Here is a GA book with a 4" x 4" piece of paper on the inside back cover, which has given it the "Qualified" label from CGC. The paper it appears was to be used similar to how library's used to keep track of books that were checked out.

 

Foxing along the top edge and spine with off white pages. $35 + $12 priority 2-3 day shipping in the lower 48 to the first :takeit:
