7.0 or 7.5 sounds right.

 

I hate to bring this up, but does that front cover edge look a little funny from the back scan? It starts with an overhang at the top, then that goes away, then it returns at the bottom.

Seriously, why not return it? I buy CGC copies of ASM 121 and 122 all the time (I just like 'em") and I think the last 7.0 I bought was $55 and I snagged a 6.5 for less ($49?).

 

I don't see it grading any higher than those.
