IM #1

27 posts in this topic

The 'buyer', tpearson77, is an active power seller with 933 feedback.

I would love to know just what exactly is supposedly the problem?

What now, do I just relist? I don't particularly want to wait another 10 days! Might have to just chuck it up there on a 3 day auction and let it ride.

Oh well look on the bright side. IM is released soon. Maybe the price will just keep going up (shrug)

Can't do second chance, as the auction has been erased with no trace. It really doesn't make sense. I have messaged the winning bidder to see if they can enlighten me as to what exactly happened!

I've gotta go to bed now. Can't be bothered to deal with relisting tonight.

Bah humbug.

Yes, supposedly the account was not under the owner's control, but you can't help but wonder eh?

On the other hand, there's really no call for buyer's remorse on this one as the price is actually quite reasonable compared to most recent sales.

I still don't see why they had to nuke the whole auction. Why not just cancel his bid?

If he is a powerseller I think he may have been trying to deter other bidders by entering some giant Max Bid, hoping to still get the book at a decent price to flip. Either way I feel for you, thats a let down.
