Are comics bought , say from a place like Dynamic Forces able to be CGC Signature Graded??

If a book is signed and NOT witnessed by a CGC authorized witness it CANNOT recieve the signature series YELLOW label.

If you buy an unsigned book from DF and have a CGC witness it being signed at a convention then it can reiceve the yellow label. I have many DF variant books that I have gotten signed and SS.

So the DF books they sell that are signed by artists arent done in front of CGC witnesses, or certified by CGC guys..

Correct, DF books that are sold as signed books cannot be SS because the signatures were not witnessed by a CGC witness.

Even if by some chance a person who works for DF is a CGC witness, the min the book leaves the hands of that witness (ie to be shipped to you) the book CANNOT be done a a Signature series book.

I want to say that there is an exception to the above rule in that I think DF offered a signed Captain America #36 with the CGC SS label. But it was bought from DF as CGC SS, not bought with a COA then subbed.
