A few comics I dug out of a garage sale..need help

Need some help on what you would grade these at....Garage sale pickup for $20....

 

Captain America 111 got a crease above his head to end , also upper left corner spine split like 3/8 of an inch

Dardevil 27 only thing major is looks like a pull above stiltman and between the letter D & A in title, otherwise no other big defects alittle flacky in upper left.

 

 

Daredevil 43 - again a pull off by Cap's leg, otherwise pretty good overall.
