Oh, and as far as places to stay? I really didn't want to shell out $200/night, but that may be my only option. Suggestions anyone?

Can anyone tell me which airport I would fly into to go to this con? is it CHI or ORD?

ORD is O'hare (closest)

MDW is Midway

 

ORD. MDW is where Southwest flies into, but you're looking at a long cab ride to get to the hotel. Look at United, as ORD is a United hub.
