OK-- so i'm all about personalization and everything on my sketches, etc. But why did Tony personalize his remark on the OA? I know he can do whatever he wants, but i mean, at least do it on the back, TM!

I noticed Tony does this on A LOT of his work, not just OA. I don't think he likes people speculating off of his hard work =/.

ive chimed in on this before but i think it deserves repeating -

my gripe with TM art is that he signs SO LARGE and in places that are pretty central to the piece! it detracts from the art itself. i hate to see a piece with depth get ruined by a big "ROT ON"

put it on the side! bottom corner!!

edit:

nice pages doug! love the rain in that TM page! - you are very lucky - that sig isnt bad at all!

Can you post an example?

Everything I've seen his sig looks smaller than Charlie's, and the page posted a few posts before mine his sig is tiny.

first one i could find on ebay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/TONY-MOORE-2004-Zombie-Sketch-WALKING

i should clarify -- his OA published is usually pretty good - only bc there is no place for him to sign large in the middle..

almost every convention sketch I have seen - his sig and statement will be pretty big..

Maybe since that guy won two guarantee commissions and asked for one 11 x 17 and almost all of Tony's commissions are on 8.5 x 11 (shrug) .... And yes I am now  for "the great one"

But I could see how that would bug someone who's name isn't on the commission

I like where Tony signed on my commissions ...but I'm bias and yes I am spamming my OA collection :acclaim:
