Agreed. This is starting to turn me off. Hopefully there is some form of reasoning behind his use of swearing. It's got to be making up for something critical to the character.

@ $24.... pass. It's a he!! of a gamble that it would even be a 9.8, but for the completionist collector, buy all means buy it. If I were a die hard TWD completionist collector, I would be insane at this point with all the variant.

I understand how you could think this.

 

Personally, I think it gives Negan's character a unique identity. You know, like when Axel had his "you follow me" tick. Negan just has something all his own.

 

One more reason I liked the Governor so much more.

I agree it is lazy writing, but whenever he is on the page I get uneasy.

 

With the Governor it was a surprise / shock because he was a sociopath.

Whereas, Negan is a psychopath so there is never any telling what / when anything is going to happen.

Nearest to me is a 90 minute drive but I might make the drive ;-)

 

Make the drive and dig in their back issue bin drawers. Trust me unless someone has beaten you to it. It will be worth the drive.
