Will this Batman #11 be a bargain compared to the Heritage copy?

The Batman #11 in the current Heritage auction is the same grade and page quality as the copy below. The differences? The cut is off on the Heritage copy, along with a slight miswrap. The copy below is perfectly centered, and the cover colors are more vibrant.

 

Online bidding for the Heritage auction ends Wednesday night. The live auction is on Thursday. The current bid on the Heritage copy is $2390. The next bid will bring it up to $2629. How high will it go? Hard to say. It could go high enough to make the copy below a major bargain for someone.

How much did the detached centerfold bring the CGC grade down, one wonders. The book appears nicer than a 6.5 in the slab.

In my experience, a detached centerfold brings the grade down a minimum of 1.0, and maybe as much as 1.5. This copy is an easy 7.5 if not for the detached centerfold.
