Slabbing a book that was distributed with a CD inside?

Will CGC slab a comic that was distributed with a CD inside a sleeve attached to the inside of the back cover?

 

If not, what if the CD was taken out and the empty sleeve was left alone?

We would only be able to grade and encapsulate the book if the CD was removed. The label would note that the CD was not included, however.

One more question.....I was planning on getting this particular book signed and submitted for CGC signature series.....will it still get that lovely yellow label, but with the notation that the CD was not included??? Thanks again!

Assuming that the book was otherwise complete and unrestored, then it would receive the Signature Series label if witnessed and submitted under the Signature Series program.
