This particular brief is on behalf of the James Madison Project (www.jamesmadisonproject.org), which seeks to reduce secrecy and promote govt accountability, against the CIA under the Freedom of Information Act. The lawsuit seeks the disclosure of records pertaining to the CIA's Publication Review Board which oversees the classification review of manuscripts submitted by current/former CIA officials and others (such as myself) who have executed secrecy/non-disclosure agreements.
