I've seen one before a Daredevil #100, but dont remember if its yellow or green label. He usually attend and will be there in San Diego Comic Con. this year.

He was at the NYCC this april, signing alot and creating some of the best convention sketches I have ever seen.

 

 

and there is a chance of him hitting a couple of cons before the end of the year according to his art rep.

 

And yes he still lives in Italy.
