so the cover colors just look faded on the peidgree scan becos of differetn settings?

 

so it got a PQ bump from OW to now WHITE

 

can PQ actually imrpove as a result of a book being in a cgc holder?

CGC made a statement that their older graded books where a bit strict on PQ. Sometimes upon resub they get a PQ bump. Scanner could have a lot to do with cover whites. None the less, it's still a FANTASTIC copy of a book I would almost kill for!
