I maybe have missed it in all the countless tie-ins, issues... but last I remember Reed was blasted by PymSkrull...and never knew what happened afterward.

 

Then it says on the first page of SI:FF #2 that Reed was replaced and captured Sue. Sue replacement was put in place that snuck into the Baxter Building and sent it into the Negative Zone...

 

When did ReedSkrull capture Sue? I haven't seen Reed since the "jello blast."

 

Maybe I forgot... (shrug)

The Skrull posing as Reed nabbed Sue at her hotel room when she returned from giving a speech or attending a symposium (I want to say it was in Canada). She thought he had flown in just to be romantic -- that should have been her first clue something was amiss -- and then he knocked her out. It must have been in Secret Invasion #2 or #3.
