From NEwsarama.com

Perez said that everyone who was a Avenger or a League member will be in issue 3. Barry Allen,Wally West and The Dark Flash(Walter West?)were all League members as was Wonder Woman and her mother Hippolyta. As for the Thor Eric Materson took over for Thor for a while. He changed the costume a bit so thats the one with the different helmut. The guy with ponytail is Thunderstrike is also Eric Materson. He was rewarded his own magical mace when the real Thor returned. James Rhodes once took over for Tony Stark plus Iron Man updated armors a lot so that explains their being in the picture. I don't know whats up with Batman. Hawkman is much of a headache and right now I am a little brain fried.

3 questions?

1) where did you find that info?

2) Johnny storm only member of FF not to be an avenger?

3)Whats Spideys status?

1. Avengers Assemble

2. Fantastic Four:

Superhuman adventurers and explorers, the FF were the first of the modern-day super-teams. Though successful and respected, they have never opened their membership up to the same extent that the Avengers and Defenders did, preferring to restrict the group to their tight-knit founding membership apart from occasional substitutes or temporary replacement members. The Fantastic Four are staunch friends and allies of the Avengers, and the two teams have worked together on numerous occasions; three of the FF's founding members--Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman and the Thing--have even served as members of the Avengers during some of their inevitably brief leaves of absence from the FF. Avengers members She-Hulk and Crystal have also served with the FF as temporary replacements for absent FF founding members, with She-Hulk logging an especially lengthy stint as the Thing's replacement while he was estranged from the FF for a time.

3. Spider-Man (Peter Benjamin Parker)

Thirty-eighth recruit, resigned (1999).

Active as of AVENGERS # 316, 1990 (unofficially as of AVENGERS # 11).

(unofficially as of AVENGERS # 11).

what does unofficially mean?

Spider-Man has been a staunch ally to the Avengers through most of their history (first aiding them in repelling the time-spanning villain Kang's second attack on the present-day Avengers), but he either declined or was refused membership repeatedly due to various extenuating circumstances over the years. More recently, he accepted the group’s latest membership offer after aiding the team against Nebula, but he left the active roster almost immediately afterward when a humbling encounter with the Stranger shook his confidence. He consented to join the team’s reserve roster during the group's UN-mandated reorganization but was an unreliable reservist at best given his preoccupation with various personal concerns. He only worked with the team on a few scattered cases before opting to formally resign his membership, though he continues to informally assist the Avengers whenever they truly need him.
