modern books getting CGC 10.0

I know most of you collect non-modern books;

but for those books that achieve a perfect 10.0 ...

 

Do you really think it's worth big bucks?

Should it demand a premium of say 30x book ??

 

I've seen some crappy comics go for $250+

simply because of the grade. They would be

nice books to own at $25; but never $250.

 

Please share some comments.
