You need to contact the Con folks:

 

If corrections are necessary, please indicate the changes needed and fax them to Comic-Con registration at 980-233-3800, or send an E-mail with your changes to: registration@epicreg.com.

 

You must have ID and the barcoded confirmation to pick-up your badge. You may not transfer your membership without contacting Comic-Con in advance.

Here's something I read on another ticket selling thread.

 

Yes, it is possible to legally transfer the scalped SDCC pass to a winning eBayer's name but read this warning from Diamond's Scoop:
