Green Label or Blue??

I have a Sandman #1 Signed by the writer on the cover. It is in about 9.2 - 9.4 condition. I understand that high grade books with unwitnessed Sigs get a green label, but what if the signer put something else on the cover also.

Besides signing the cover on my book, Mr. Gaiman highlighted the eyes in gold. It looks really cool but would I still get the higher grade green label or a lower blue??

I think your stuck with the GLOD, you can always ask CGC for the blue but it will grade extreamly low.
