Is it just me, or are the OA prices weak on the HA today?

I thought the early consesus for the Vallejo SSOC #5 cover was closer to $15K, but it did not even crack $10K. The Batman #232 page only went for $4250 (I resisted temptation on this one). Neither of them received any Floor or HA Live bids. Are these prices weak or in line with the current market?

I thought the vallejo was overhyped at 15k but I'm surprised a bats 232 page went that low. I didn't even look at it as I assumed it would be way out of my league. I'm going to check it out now

1958 Vals for 21-33k is a *spoonload* of money

 

77K for the Raymond Flash w/ Jim

well it is a great page and I think 45K is about right.. but then again, they are not easy to locate & buy.. so the winner isn't that far out of line only because it is a sweet page from 1935

 

Infantino Flash pages at almost 3K each..... (Hey Nelson... are you reading this??)
