Charlton Unusual Tales - Please advise

I have just had three early issues of Charlton's "Unusual Tales" graded by CGC. They are as follows:

 

Unusual Tales #17 CGC 9.2 White- Bethlehem Pedigree (1959)

Unusual Tales #31 CGC 9.0 Off-White/White 1962)

Unusual Tales #32 CGC 9.2 White (Ditko Art) (1962)

 

Does anyone have any idea what these books are worth, or what a reasonable price would be to ask for them?

Last sale of a 31 in 9.0 was in 2002 for $99

 

Last sale of a 32 in 9.2 was in 2006 for $38

 

No recorded sales of the 17

 

 

I'd say Guide is your guide here. I'd recommend listing them at what you paid for them plus grading/shipping plus 15% and see if you get any takers (shrug)
