JAMES KYSON LEE, starring as Ando Masahashi on NBC-TV's HEROES, appears at the LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2008 to autograph all copies purchased at the Con of his new short film on dvd, AKIRA'S HIP HOP SHOP with Writer/Director JOE DOUGHERITY. JAMES will sign one additional item at no charge with the purchase of AKIRA'S HOP HOP SHOP.

 

ADRIENNE BARBEAU is known for her roles in such films as ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK, CREEPSHOW, THE FOG, SWAMP THING, and is currently starring in WAR WOLVES. ADRIENNE was the voice of Catwoman/Selina Kyle in BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES, THE NEW BATMAN ADVENTURES, and the web series GOTHAM GIRLS. ADRIENNE has co-written a new novel called VAMPYRES OF HOLLYWOOD, and she will sign all copies purchased at the Convention from 12:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M.

 

The Stars of the new SCI FI CHANNEL film WAR WOLVES will appear to preview scenes and sign autographs from 1:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M.: JOHN SAXON (A Nightmare on Elm Street), MICHAEL WORTH, TIM THOMERSON (Trancers), ADRIENNE BARBEAU, ART LAFLEUR, SIRI BARUC, NATASHA ALAM, and KRISTI CLAINOS. All stars will sign one WAR WOLVES item at no charge. Stars listed are tentative, check Convention website during the week of the Con to confirm.

 

RODGER BUMPASS is the voice of SQUIDWARD TENTACLES in the SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS Cartoon series. RODGER's also done voices for TEEN TITANS as Dr. Light, and INVADER ZIM as Professor Membrane. RODGER makes his first West Coast Convention appearance to sign autographs from 11:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M. While there is a fee for an autograph it includes your choice of photo.

 

The Convention also features a large Dealer's Room of Old and New Comic Books with Dealers such as Eliot Spero, Alan Rutledge, Robert Ranken, Comic Bookie, Comic Madness, and many others. Toys, Movie Memorabilia, Anime Merchandise and more is also featured. The Convention is located at the Shrine Auditorium Expo Center, 700 West 32nd Street, across the street from USC College.
