Amazing Spider-Man #238, What's it worth??

I came across a guy in my local comic book store who was showing off Ama Spider-Man #238. It was SS 9.8, signed by Stan Lee and both Romita's. Pages were off-wht. I think he was asking for about $2100 for it. I haven't seen one around in a while, but I know if I bought it then another one would show up soon after. So, what would you do???

$2100 buys a lot of Stan Lee signed CGC SS comic books. I have a group of 5 Hulk 9.8s CGC SS Stan Lee that I would be willing to sell for significantly less than that. PM me for details if you or anyone else is interested.

I do not think 2k is that unreasonable asking price for that price. I am not sure if it is the only triple signed 9.8, but there are only 4 SS 9.8's out there.

$2,100.00......I seen books on eBay SS for a lot higher prices then what they should be.
