Grading Question Regarding Printing Errors/Defects

5 posts in this topic

Does CGC normally make a note of printing errors on the label? I recently got back a book that was in great shape, but was mispaginated (The pages were all stapled together in the wrong order). There is no mention of the error on the label and it doesn't seem to have affected the grade.

You should call and ask them if they noticed it (if it's in the grading notes) or post a general question about it in "Ask CGC."

I'd bet they missed it. That seems like the sort of thing they would note on the label- like "Siamese Pages."

Can you please give me the label #? Thanks.
