Yes Kirk left Exodus to go to Metallica. Metallica made some great albums, but hasnt had a good one since and justice for all...

 

Exodus however are still making awesome albums, but dont make Metallica money. Its a rough life Kirk

I agree on there not being a great album since Justice. Hard to believe I used to want to have black arm bands and carry a low slung Explorer /sigh ...

 

Best quote I ever heard about Kirk was when there were the first reports he was going to be a daddy. Someone somewhere posted "Good, maybe then he will realize it's not all that great to hear WAAAH WAAAH all the &^%$ time."

love the new metallica album.

 

I heard it was pretty good, I was thinking of snaggin' it.

 

It's not horrible, but it's no "Kill 'em All" like I was hoping :(

 

Master of Puppets has always been my fav.
