So how long do you wait to hear from a seller before you freak.

Last Friday, I saw a sweet piece of artwork on CAF for sale, and contacted the seller, worked out a price. I paypal'd on Saturday, and he said he would ship on Tuesday or Wednesday and send me the shipping information. When I hadn't heard from him, I emailed him on Wednesday night for a status update. Never heard back. So, I emailed again this morning. Haven't heard back. I wouldn't necessarily be worrying, except I checked and found questionable ebay feedback for this individual, particularly on sales in the past month.

Now, I haven't dropped Eric Roberts-type money on this, but it was not chump change either. At what point, communication-wise (or lack of it) do you become concerned?
