Sergio Aragonés is also known from Mad magazine. His tiny "marginal" cartoons have been tucked into the nooks of nearly every issue of Mad since 1963. Aragonés is one of the world's fastest cartoonists. According to Mad contributor Al Jaffee, "Sergio has, quite literally, drawn more cartoons on napkins in restaurants than most cartoonists draw in their entire careers."

Mark Evanier is a prolific writer of comic books, television shows, and animation. His most recent book is Kirby: King of Comics, a biography of comic book legend Jack Kirby. His blog, newsfromme.com, is one of the most popular pop culture sites on the Internet. Evanier has written more than 500 comics for Gold Key, DC Comics, and Marvel Comics, several hundred hours of television (including Garfield and Friends) and is the author of several books including Mad Art (2002). He has three Emmy Award nominations, and received the Lifetime Achievement Award for animation from the Writers Guild of America.

Stan Sakai is the creator behind the fan favorite Usagi Yojimbo. As writer and artist on the series since 1984, Sakai has been recognized with multiple Eisner awards for cartooning and lettering.

Tom Luth is the digital artist and illustrator responsible for bringing Aragonés' notoriously detailed crowd scenes to life in full color.
