Two things, it's AmazIng Spider-man and only one of those issues is #97. Anyways, I've found 97 easier to find in 9.2-9.6. Where as 96 is much more difficult to find in 9.2-9.6, it seems to show up more in lower grade versus #97. 96 in 9.2-9.6 also carries a higher premium then 97 does, and while 97 seems to be heading downward in price. 96 has retained most of it's value.
