Harbinger #1 SS CGC 9.8 and other Valiant SS Books

I just got the grades for my books that Kris "thecollector" handled for me at Baltimore, and it included a Signature Series copy of Harbinger #1 signed by artist David Lapham and writer Jim Shooter and graded 9.8. There are no Signature Series copies of this book in any grade in the most recent census, so unless there's another 9.8 in process, this will not only be the only Signature Series copy of this book, but the only such copy in 9.8.

David Lapham and Bob Layton were not at Baltimore. Were these previously SS'd books?

Those were signed in New York. Shooter was supposed to be there as well, but canceled, so we had to wait until Baltimore to get his signature.
