The new label by CGC, means that the book is better than the grade given, since CGC has become tougher on grading.

This is a perfect example of how ridiculous people have gotten with CGC graded books. Talk about buying the slab and not the book, I can buy this issue ungraded in 9.4-9.8 range whenever I want for what about 6 to 10 bucks. It is from the mid eighties and was a super hyped book so there are a ton of high grade copies out there. I have probably seen a few dozen copies that would grade a 9.6 to 9.8, and I don't even collect punisher so it's not like I have scoured the Earth in search of them. And if the 8.5 gets even 1 bid, the bidder should be banned from his checkbook because he is a menace to himself and this hobby.
