Thanks Count and Oakman. It was advertised on Ebay as a VG+. I figured with Ebay grading it was probably more G/VG to VG- when I placed the bid.

Rick...it's a borderline 4.0...CGC hammers stains so coupled with the pretty rough spine it could be a 3.5 in CGC's eyes...not a VG+ but not too bad for an eBay pick-up...(Granted it's not in hand but if I were putting this up for sale I'd grade it 3.5)
