This doesn't sound a little far fetched to you? I'm speaking from experience both as a realtor and as a multiple property owner, that this is simply not possible to do both. She may "say" she's a realtor, but in reality her full time job is taking care of tenants. A lot of people can say they're realtors (a license isn't difficult to get) but being able to actually be successful as one is a different story. smile.gif

Cobalt Real Estate Property Managment which is a conglomerate of all the Murphy families properties employs 4 FULL-TIME managers.. this is for something in the neighborhood of 350-375 houses. Don't you think that if it was THAT easy, they'd save themselves the 150,000 dollars or so in income paid out and just do it themselves???
