How would you sell this PPSSM lot?

I have a run of Peter Parker SSM 1-200 in mostly mid-high grade (not super-high, just basic NM), a few low grade books but the keys are nice. I need to sell them for space and a little income.

 

Would it be better to sell them as a lot, knowing they'd NEVER take anything near their guide value cumulatively, anyway, or break it up in smaller lots...say, several 20-book lots, two 100-book lots, etc.

I'm curious to see this answer as I'm gonna be selling a lot of ASM 95-400 and Uncanny 100-current and was wondering how to split them up or sell as big run.

I'd sell the peter parker as per the following:

How much for the whole run?

I'd break them up, as many people collect certain eras or runs, and don't want to bid on a whole lot just for 5-20 issues.
