Civil War #1 Wizard Authentic Edition

Just wondering if this is a real book. It is listed in the census as having 4 or 5 graded copies but is it really anything different than just the first issue? I've never seen a copy of it but it is listed in the registry.

I managed to obtain one of the Wolverine Origins #2 Wizard Authentic Edition. It is the same as the regular #2 american flag cover except it has a Wizard hologram sticker on the cover. I would imagine that this is probably the same case with the Civil War Edition.
