Very rare Signature Series book for sale

This is a Birth of the Defiant Universe RRP from the Capital City sales conference in 1993. There were 1000 printed and signed/numbered by Jim Shooter and handed out at this show. This one came from the collection of Janet Jackson (not the singer)who worked for Defiant with Shooter. This is the ONLY Signature Series of this book, as all other copies are qualified. I know of only 3 other copies that are unsigned(I own 2 of them) so it is a very rare Signature Series! $250
