yep...only 3 of the copies I posted did I own, but I felt it is "the" book so I opened up the photobucket archive (I have about 20 more saved, but figured that was enough)

Now it looks like Detective #27 is common as X-Men #1. Did DC issue alternate covers? Pity they couldn't afford a better cover artist.
