Joe Maneely One of the great talents of the Silver Age

 

 

No doubt about it. Love all his detailed line work in the background. Each space he drew always was full of little details that he left uncolored in many cases. Or maybe it was partly that it didn't get a different color than the REST of the background. It had the effect of not overwhelming the central figures, but remaining intricate enough to entertain the eye when you took a closer look. Great stuff.
