One of my favorite MGA covers...

Bruce Andrson!

I have some of his books. Such a neat stamper, he was.

Colorful and rarely seen cover. How does the sea beast with the back ridge keep his muscle shirt and diaper on?

I've got a few # 47s -

More 47s!

Conan the Barbarian 47, Feb-75, one of several coming up.

I'm not sure why since I'm not a big Conan fan.

and its friend

The Savage Sword of Conan 47, Dec-79

Iconic or cliché cover? It's a fine line.

Battlefront 47 Jun-57

The Brave and the Bold 47 May-63. Infantino sure seemed to like this series --he just kept trying!

Metal Men 47 Nov-76, one of the most element-rich issues: Cd, W, Ba, Cr, liq O2, liq He in addition to the usual metals! I'm not positive whether this cover scan is my own copy:

but this interior page is for sure:

Check out this story from True Comics 47 -- sorry, no cover scan. These photos from ciorac persuaded me to buy his copy, if I remember right.

and Justice 47 Jun-54 for all!

Did the girls dress like that in your high school? Somehow I've forgotten about the evening gowns and pearls.

I don't remember any high school girls looking even half as good as high school girls in Riverdale.
